From: the NBA, To: LeBron James

26 Dec

For anyone who watched the wonderful LeBron James Christmas special on TNT tonight – you just witnessed the refs coming off the bench for the Cleveland Cavaliers late in the 4th quarter to make three or four consecutive “foul” calls and gift LeBron a pathetic little undeserved win for Christmas. After watching this BS, it really isn’t hard to see how the Cavs have such a jacked-up record this year.

What. A. Joke.  Any reasonable sports fan would have to admit that the last six minutes of the game were a shining example as to why the NBA is a second-tier professional sport these days.

Merry Christmas from the entire ESPNBAvid $tern family to the little baby Jesus of the NBA, LeBron James, and the entirety of knuckle-dragging fair-weather fandom.

Also, next up – 24 hours of LeBron – whateverthefuck that is. Is this shit for real? Yes, somehow it is. I caught an advertisement for it between vomiting bouts. So those of you Clevelanders or New Yorkers who need more jackoff material, grab a jar of fucking vaseline and be sure to tune in!

Assholes.

I couldn’t agree more. Let me also add this:

The Wizards intended to wear their blue road jerseys, which included a white holiday snowflake on the front. But James wanted to wear blue to match his new Nike “chalk” shoes and the Cavaliers sent an employee to Washington to fetch the Wizards’ white jerseys. Fucking jerk.

I also love how TNT didn’t even show a replay of the phantom call of the rebound battle between Antawn and Sideshow Bob. 17 free throws for the Cavs in the 4th quarter, 3 for the Wiz.
I don’t know why I thought during a nationally televised Festivus Day game, when Lebron started the 4th quarter with 9 points, that the refs would call a fair game. The “savior” of the league can’t look bad against a team with 4 wins. I guess it could be worse, I could live in Cleveland.

Good to see I can agree with some of you one here. I watched that game to it was amazing! Its great having a super start that gets the calls! I remember watching the bulls get ever call when the had jordan, I was a hater just like you guys 😉

Oh its great to have KING JAMES.

give your favorite team all your money and tell them to throw it in on the LBJ lotto. But while he’s here Im gonna love it!

    Cleveland Rocks.. Keep crying haters

oh btw: save your money, we can give him almost 30mil more than you so I think LBJ is gonna be a Cav for a few more years.

Good for Lebron, now maybe he has a better shot at an NBA title that he was never going to get playing for Cleveland (so Cle. fan can stop hatin’), it’s obvious that’s what he’s interested in & not the money. D-Wade has a chance to win another NBA title like he did when Shaq came to Miami. Sometimes wanting to win a championship is more important than loyalty to a team. It didn’t happen for Reggie Miller, it didn’t happen for Stockton & Malone & as much as I would love to see Phx win a title & they’ve come close a few times, it’s never going to happen. Why should James let all that talent go to waste playing for years on 1 team if they have to depend on just him to deliver an NBA title? Because of loyalty? It didn’t work for KG until after he left Minnesota. I hope this will bring LeBron what it is he really wants, an NBA title and I hope the Boys & Girls Club of America made out big for that 1hr. tv spot.

Can I just say what a relief to find someone who actually knows what theyre talking about on the internet. You definitely know how to bring an issue to light and make it important. More people need to read this and understand this side of the story. I cant believe youre not more popular because you definitely have the gift.

I cannot remember everything as you should be dressed in loincloths made of dingo skin, finer quality than we’ve been happy to create. Soon after we understand it is actually amount calculating, this is spectacular.
